DEI in Research and Clinical Studies
Phronetik™ is intentional about bringing diversity, equity, and inclusion to our research team and clinical studies. This includes more than policies and compliance. Our approach interweaves DEI principles into our strategic plan. Our inclusive, equitable culture is achieved through dynamic nd diverse lab spaces, hiring practices that broaden the applicant pool, internships and mentoring that aid talent transitions within the organization, and being honest with ourselves when, despite best intentions, we miss the mark or fail to orchestrate DEI due to blind spots or unanticipated barriers.
We strive to continuously improve and educate ourselves in order to spearhead a strategy that includes DEI at the onset and ongoing as part of our corporate culture, not as an afterthought.
