iConcordia™ recognizes patterns in one or more patients, creates risk profiles and assessments, and offers suggestions to both patients and providers related to potential clinical trials, study design, and patient recruitment. The goal is to create knowledge at the patient level, personalized (precision) information for one or more patients for the benefit of scientists, providers and patients, while improving diversity and inclusion in clinical studies.
